The health of our families and our pickup point partners is our main concern. According to the latest information released by the government, most of our pickup points being local shops are closed.

However, for the pickup points doing click and collect or being essential shops, you can rent a product by specifying the time of your visit by phone. You can find their contact details in our section Pickup points.

Our few hygiene precautions:

Our products are regularly cleaned and disinfected. For the same product, our rentals are at least 12 hours apart.

In the pickup points located in the major cities of France, we provide you with a single-use protective cover for car seats and strollers! The cover will allow children to have a seat with impeccable hygiene.

In order to avoid contact, it is recommended that you do not collect your paper instructions on the spot. You will find the product manuals and installation videos on our website.

We strongly recommend that families using the FAMILIB service to follow and apply the health and safety guidelines enacted by the World Health Organization:

Bring hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes.
Wash hands very regularly with soap and water before and after using the product.
Clean and disinfect product surfaces that your child touches frequently, including metal or plastic parts of the product.
