We designed and developed the Familib concept to offer a service to help parents travel lightly, to avoid buying a product for a single use and to have a product adapted to the place and needs of your family / child.

For these reasons, we offer a set of baby and child equipment for rent and sale.

When your booking is finalized (when we received your payment by credit card), we send you a confirmation e-mail in which you can find your invoice.

IMPORTANT: your invoice includes your PERSONAL RESERVATION CODE. This code will be asked once at the pickup point. Without your booking code, the product cannot be delivered!

You can find the code on the Website by clicking on “MY ACCOUNT” space under “MY LOCATIONS” (top right of the homepage’s website).

A deposit is asked at the pickup point when picking up the product; the amount varies depending on the rented product: it is indicated during your booking and on your invoice. It can be deposited by bank check, cash or credit card according to the pickup point.

When calendar dates are not blocked and the product is available, you can book your product for the same day.

Any product that has not been booked on the website cannot be picked up at the pickup point. If you have difficulty making your reservation, you can contact us contact(@)familib.com


It may take a few minutes to receive your booking confirmation email, so please be patient. The email address you entered may be wrong. Do not forget to check in your box of 'junk mail' or “spam”, it could be hidden there.

Yes, using your customer account, you can combine the rental and purchase of a product.

This means that the product is already booked on these dates or that the pickup point is closed; you can still contact us at contact(@)familib.com for confirmation.

If the client does not show up at the latest on the date and time of the pickup stated during the booking, the products will immediately be available for other customers.

The rental period is from 1 day to 30 days maximum.

The rented equipment may be picked up on the day of the rental corresponding to the opening hours of the pickup point.

The pickup day of the material is a day due. For example, if the rental is from Saturday to Saturday, a period of 8 days will be calculated. If the rental is from Tuesday to Saturday a period of 5 days will be calculated.

In order to proceed to the modification of your booking, please contact us at contact@familib.com, specifying your booking number and the name of the pickup point where you want to book.

Picking up and restitution must be made at the same pickup point.

The amount of the deposit is variable according to the rented product, it is indicated during the booking and on your invoice. It can be deposited by bank check or in cash. Here are the different prices:

. 50 euros for a Lafuma baby carrier.

. 100 euros for a Nuna and Phil and Teds folding umbrella bed.

. 150 euros for a 4-wheel stroller, a car seat or a Phil & Teds baby carrier.

. 250 euros for an all-terrain 3 wheels stroller.

The payment method currently available on the website is completely secure. The bank details are protected by encryption. They do not transit under any circumstances and are not retained. It was set up with our banking partner Crédit Mutuel and our IT Partner Pixele.

We use the SSL encryption process for the transmission of your payment data. This encryption ensures a high-level security for your transactions. In all secure areas where the URL begins with https: // (where the "s" means secure), the information is encrypted and therefore protected before being transferred over the Internet.

Only credit cards named by the acronym CB, VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD and valid in France or in international networks approved by GIE Credit Cards are accepted.

You have a 14-day cancellation period. This cancellation period runs from the day after the day of online payment of the rental. When this 14-day period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is automatically extended until the expiry of the last hour of the next business day.

Exceptionally, this right will not apply if the rental period begins within the cancellation period.

After this period, the rental can no longer be cancelled for any reason whatsoever by the Customer.

For example : If I book my product the 10th of April with a pickup date set to the 17th of April ; as the renting period is inside the cancellation period, no refund will be made.

For the purchase of a product online, you have a cancellation period of 14 days to cancel your order without having to justify any reason, the return costs of the product remaining your responsibility.

If you want a cancellation, just inform us of your decision before the expiry of the period of 14 days, days period by sending us an email to the following address: contact@familib.com

The products must be returned by registered parcel with acknowledgment of receipt (for example by colissimo) or by any other means that is fast enough. We inform you that the costs for returning products and the risks of return will remain your responsibility.


Rates are based on equipment and rental length. These rates are available on our Website by clicking on “OUR PRODUCTS AND PRICES”. Prices are quoted in euros, including VAT. They are degressive depending on the rental period.

For the purchase of a product of less than or equal to 100 euros, the delivery price is 7.90 euros; beyond 100 euros, the delivery price is 1 euro.


The delivery time is 4 to 5 working days for France starting at the validation of your order. You can pickup your order at any “La Poste” office or Colissimo pickup point.

Maclaren, Easywalker, Mountain Buggy, Joy, Phil & Teds, Lafuma and Nuna brands meet the European safety standard. You can find the details according to each product in the Products and Prices section.


Familib.com wishes to take special care in the hygiene of its products the seat part of the stroller or the car seat is completely disassembled in order to clean it as soon as we receive it back from a client.

In case of theft, misappropriation or any damage of the product, Familib will cash the deposit.
